Over the years email has grown from a bit of an oddity into easily the most used, and most important, business communication tool.
However, for many people, managing their emails has become a never-ening task. Responding, filing, trying to ensure nothing is missed. It’s a bit of a monster.
You’d have thought that the move into mobile would exacerbate this problem, but Google have offered a re-imagined email experience, called Inbox, that to me at least has made managing emails much easier.
